Microsoft Teams: Download town hall and webinar Q&As to CSV MC830253 Published Jul 22, 2024

Coming soon to Microsoft Teams: Town hall and webinar organizers will be able to download a CSV file of questions and answers posted in Teams Q&A by town hall or webinar attendees. This message applies to Teams for Desktop on PC and Mac.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in mid-August 2024 and expect to complete by early September 2024.

 

Microsoft Teams: Text and UI resizing for Teams Rooms on Windows MC830247 Published Jul 22, 2024

Coming soon for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows: As an additional accessibility option, you will be able to adjust the size of the text and all other on-screen elements on the Teams Rooms on Windows front-of-room display and touch boards by updating the display scaling settings. The app user interface is adjusted for all supported display resolution and scaling combinations. This feature is included in all Teams Rooms licenses and requires the Teams Rooms on Windows app version 5.1.

Coming soon for Microsoft Viva Amplify: An improved content pane on the right side of the screen is the hub for various panes that support authors in creating their publications. We have consolidated several existing features into the content pane, such as the authoring features in the Toolbox, the Distribution channel selection, and the Writing guidance.

Coming soon for Microsoft Viva Amplify: We are rolling out updates to the editors for the Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams distribution channels, to streamline previewing and editing. This rollout will improve editor load time and create a coherent audience selection experience across the channels.
