(Updated) Cloud IntelliFrame: A New Way to
See People in Teams Rooms MC642265
· Published Jul 14, 2023 · Last updated Oct 26, 2023
Updated October 26, 2023: We have updated the
rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Cloud IntelliFrame is a new experience that
allows online meeting attendees to see people in Teams Rooms more clearly,
enhancing the hybrid meeting experience by creating smart video feeds of
in-room participants. The smart video feed is created by zooming into their
faces and eliminating distractions. You can see the expressions and gestures of
the people in the room more easily, which will help improve collaboration in
hybrid meetings. It creates equity in hybrid meetings as everyone can be seen
and heard.
Cloud IntelliFrame will be rolling out across
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows with Pro license and can be viewed on
Microsoft Teams Desktop (Windows & Mac) with any license.

Removal MC683925
· Published Oct 25, 2023
Pursuant to MC673984 and MC673984, all private
unlisted groups (also known as “Secret Groups”) will be retired on 11/11/2023.
The retirement of this feature was first announced via the Message center on
September 1, 2022 (MC424414). Subsequent announcements drove awareness of
private unlisted (“secret”) groups being made inaccessible on September 1, 2023
(MC673984).
This is the 14-day reminder that private
unlisted groups in Yammer will be permanently deleted and deprecated on
November 11, 2023.
If you have already received an approved
exception from Microsoft support delaying your migration to Native Mode, your
private unlisted groups will not be affected by this change.
