Download a participant report in a Teams meeting

It is now possible to download a participant report from a Teams meeting. This report is found in the roster view and includes join and leave times for participants. Meeting organizers can download the report that includes users who joined and/or left the meeting while the organizer was present. This feature and download is only available within the meeting while the meeting is still active.

The feature is disabled by default and can be enabled via PowerShell. Connect with PowerShell to your tenant using these instructions and check the status of the meeting policies with Get-CSTeamsMeetingPolicy.

If AllowEngagementReport is disabled, enable it with the following command.

Set-CSTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Global -AllowEngagementReport Enabled

Now the report will be downloadable in the roster view.

The report(s) will be named
meetingAttendanceList.csv
meetingAttendanceList (1).csv
and are found in the "Download" folder on the client.

The report will show when a user joined and left the meeting.

This feature is available in the Teams desktop version (Windows and Mac) and the Teams web version.
